Tommaso Casalotti specialises in tax litigation both for natural and legal persons. He deals particularly with assistance, consultancy and legal defence during out-of-court and pre-litigation procedures before tax authorities as well as in disputes before the Tax Court, the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court.

He also provides the following services:

• Consultancy in corporate and tax matters, concerning both ordinary activities (incorporation of companies, opening of branches and representative offices, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, shareholder agreements and investment agreements) and extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions and transfers of companies, joint ventures and other extraordinary operations, both domestic and international);
