Biography
Marco Zwingauer began his legal practice in 2016. He mainly deals with labour and social security law, particularly in the sports field.
He provides consultancy for sports clubs and entities in the areas related to sponsorship contracts, acquisition and sale of sports clubs and titles, merchandising, safety issues, national and international regulatory issues, as well as organisational models under Legislative Decree 231/2001 and corporate management models.
He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Women’s Football Division-F.I.G.C. and general manager of various sports clubs(currently general manager of Napoli Calcio Femminile)
